Terms of Service
The deal, plainly.
Effective August 27, 2026. These terms are written to be read. If you have a question about them, ask: support@kizao.co.
The service
KIZAO generates brand creative — images, and video as it launches — using AI models, guided by what you teach it about your brand. Using it requires an account and these terms.
Credits and billing
Plans grant credits; each generation shows its credit price before you start and spends only when you do. A generation that fails refunds its credits automatically. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Credits have no cash value and expire when an account closes.
Your content
What you upload stays yours. We claim no ownership over your brand material or over the creative KIZAO generates for you, and you may use your generated work commercially. You are responsible for what you upload and for how you use what you generate — including having the rights to any product imagery, names and marks you provide.
Acceptable use
Don't use KIZAOto make content that is illegal, that impersonates real people without their consent, that infringes others' rights, or that is designed to deceive — including fake endorsements and fabricated records presented as real. We can refuse generations and close accounts that break this, and moderation systems run on inputs.
Honesty about AI
Generated media is synthetic. Quality control reviews every paid generation, but AI output can contain mistakes — check text, labels and claims before you publish, and follow your platform's disclosure rules for synthetic content.
Availability and changes
We work to keep KIZAOfast and available but don't warrant uninterrupted service; the models we route to have capacity limits, and when they do, jobs wait rather than fail. We may change features and these terms; material changes to the terms will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, KIZAO is provided as-is and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
