Privacy Policy
What we hold, and what we never do with it.

What we collect
Your email and password (stored hashed) to run your account; what you teach the Brand Brain — names, descriptions, uploaded images; the briefs you write and the media KIZAO generates for you; credit and billing history; and first-party product usage events. Payment card details never touch our servers — Stripe handles them.
What we never do
We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. We don't train AI models on your content, and the model providers we route to process it under paid API terms that don't use it for training either. Your generations are private to your account — the public site shows only KIZAO's own demonstration media.
Who processes it
Running KIZAO means passing data to a small set of processors: Netlify (hosting), Neon (database), Amazon Web Services (media storage), Stripe (payments), and — for the content of a generation while it runs — the AI model providers OpenAI, Google and Anthropic. That list changes only deliberately, and this page is where it changes.
Cookies
One first-party session cookie keeps you signed in. No third-party trackers, no advertising pixels.
Retention and deletion
Your content stays as long as your account does, so your library and brand memory keep working. Delete individual assets and kits in the product any time; to delete your account and everything in it, email support@kizao.co from the account address and we'll confirm when it's done.
